I understand that this service will be charged at the following ex-tax rates: -
Service :  Mon - Fri / 08h00 - 17h00 $90 call out, thereafter $110-00 / hr
Service :  Mon – Fri / 17h00 - 08h00 $110 call out, thereafter $140-00 / hr
Service :  Weekends and public holidays $150 call out, thereafter $175-00 / hr
NB:   PARTS / REPLACEMENT UNITS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN ABOVE PRICES
Please Note :  A Support Technician will not go on-site until Datastor has received a fax with an attached official Purchase order.
